Fabric Supply

Saygaç Textile works with minimum B class Inditex approved JoinLife and sustainable production yarn and weaving companies (GRS, GOTS, OEKOTEX certified manufacturers) and provides fabric supply services with specific features requested by the customer. If there is no fabric with the desired specifications, we recommend alternative qualities. If the original quality is requested exactly, we share the price and minimum sample production information for your original quality. If the price and minimum sample quantity are suitable for our customer, we produce this quality as quickly as possible.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Artwork and color design

Together with our expert designers, we prepare 2 main collections and 4 intermediate capsule collections per year. Artworks are purchased from Como (Italy) and British design studios, and our collections are specially prepared for Saygaç Tekstil by our Italian designer. In addition to this, we also make our customers' own special artworks and designs. Customer artworks are strictly not served by 3rd party producers and are closed to all other companies. After the artwork approval, our artworks are worked in CAD alternatively in the desired colors. After CAD approval, your samples are printed digitally.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Sample Production

Your dyed and printed sample requests are produced according to the minimum desired (5-10-20-50-100-150-300-500mt) quantities. Before dyeing your flat-dyed samples, lab studies are sent alternately within 3-4 working days for color approval. It is shipped on the specified deadline after approval. For your printed sample requests, alternative CAD studies are carried out in the colors you want after pattern approval. After your CAD approval, your sample is printed at the desired quality. All sample production processes are shared with our customers in real time. Our flat-dyed and printed sample prices vary according to the desired production amount.

Production

Saygaç Textile works with producers (GRS, GOTS, OEKOTEX certified producers) that can produce minimum B class Inditex approved JoinLife and sustainable production, and the manufacturer's information is shared with our customers transparently. In order to leave a greener environment for our future, we produce recycle polyester qualities for all our polyester qualities, Lenzing and Birla yarn for our tencel and modal qualities, BCI or organic cotton for cotton qualities. Flat dye, rotary printing, digital printing, yarn dyed and jacquard weaving production processes are shared with our customers in real time. All yarn, weaving and dye house information is shared with our customers. Production time is max 3-4 weeks after artwork, color and variant approval. For your flat-dye productions, first of all, the lab is studied. Production starts after lab approval. In your rotary printing orders, first of all, digital strike off or digital sample is printed. After artwork approval and order confirmation, artworks screen are engraved. After engraving, for production color approval, printing strike off . After your approval, rotary print production is started. In your digital printing orders, digital s/off or digital sample is printed. After your approval, it goes into production. We can provide total production, including apparel, for our customers.

Quality Control & Shipping

Our quality control team consists of experts with 10 years of experience in their field. We provide 20% - 50% - 100% product quality control for all our customers, optionally after production. We use 4 points system in our quality control system. Inspection reports after quality control are shared transparently with our customers. Production samples and lot parts are sent to our customers for approval for all post-production shipments. After the approval of our customer, shipment is made as FOB / CIF.
